📦 Order Processing

We process orders Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days
  • Custom or large-volume orders may require additional time (up to 5 days).
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order is shipped, along with tracking details.

Each item is packed securely using protective, eco-friendly materials whenever possible.

✈️ Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and local VAT upon arrival. These charges vary by country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

PICKLNN is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or unpaid duties.


📦 Tracking & Delivery

You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to activate.
  • If your parcel shows no movement for over 30 business days, contact us and we’ll investigate with the carrier.

🕊️ Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Parcels

While rare, issues may arise during transit. If your package is significantly delayed, arrives damaged, or appears lost, please contact our support team within 30 days of shipment confirmation.

We will assist you promptly with a resolution, which may include:

  • Reshipping the item
  • Issuing a partial/full refund
  • Filing a claim with the courier
